Late cancellations after partner assignment may attract a visit/convenience charge.
Repeated fake or abusive bookings may be blocked by the platform.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed for eligible cancellations, duplicate payments, or failed service delivery cases.
Where inspection is completed, service visit charges may be non-refundable.
Approved refunds are generally credited within 5-10 business days, depending on payment mode.
